Back to working on the Insect Lolita prompt! Lots of ruffles, tonight!
If you’re curious and have not seen my previous posts about it, I livestream every Thursday at 6pm PST to about 9pm PST! Be sure to come say hi!
Okay, I’m REALLY proud of this one. It’s much more of a simple illustration, but WOW did it turn out well for just 3 hours and some technical difficulty! It’s just been added to the ArtStation portfolio under a new album I’m creating for illustrations.
You may also notice that I’ve cleared out a lot of my older work from my ArtStation portfolio. I’m trying to keep it more recent and streamlined work so that it’s an accurate representation of my current skills and style.
As I may have mentioned, I’ve decided to start illustrating for my personal/crafting blog, Tea & Trinket. I SHOULD be illustrating for my blogs because, obvious, I draw and design and illustrate!
This particular illustration was for a post promoting my Ko-fi (which, if you’re interested, for the price of a cup of coffee, you help me continue to have materials to craft with and blog about). However, I liked it so much that it is now the banner image on my blog.
I’ve been working off a list of randomly generated “aesthetics”. The generator is a bit of a joke, but I’ve been having fun drawing from the prompts, as have many other artists who stream.
This week on my Thursday livestream, I’ll be working on another randomly generated prompt; “Insect Lolita”. Be sure to come watch at 6 pm PST.
If you are interested in supporting my work, patrons at the $3+ tier view all finished drawings first and all patrons get a patrons-only feed that includes weekly WIPS!
It’s been quite a while since I’ve updated my portfolio, but it’s also been quite a while since I’ve been working on so many personal projects. A few of my works are still under non-disclosure agreements and I won’t be able to share for a while, but now that I’m drawing regularly for Patreon and livestreaming on Picarto, I have more to show!
This was the first drawing I livestreamed. Ever. It took quite a while to get back into the groove of drawing something like this, but I like how it came out. Still rusty, but still an improvement from previous works, I think.
I have more work on the way, but I will be giving early access to patrons as a thank-you for their support. If you’re interested in seeing works early, as well as weekly WIPs and private livestreams, please go check out my Patreon!
Also, as you might have seen from my other posts, I livestream every Thursday at 6pm PST on Picarto!
Hey, it’s that day of the week again!
Last week, I worked on a little animation and I had plans to continue with that. However, I’m not really feeling it tonight, so I’m going to do something else.
I saw an artist on YouTube stream some sketches from a Random Aesthetic Generator and thought I’d give that a try. (The generator is fun to play with and sometimes super ridiculous.)
Here’s a sketch of the kinds of colors to expect:
Hope to see you there! Its starts in about an hour and a half from posting this!
